How to pay for your stay at VAZATEL.

Below is an overview of payment methods we support for online and on-site reservations. Some options may depend on availability, promotions, or your booking channel.

When you book through our website, some reservations may be processed through a secure payment gateway. Supported options can include:

  • Credit and debit cards (depending on your bank and card issuer).
  • Selected e-wallets or virtual accounts (if available via our payment partner).
  • Instant payment links sent via email or WhatsApp.

All card data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored directly on VAZATEL servers.

For some bookings, you may be able to pay via manual bank transfer or virtual account. Payment instructions (including account number and deadline) will be provided during the booking process or via confirmation message.

  • Please transfer the exact amount shown on your booking.
  • Include your booking code in the payment reference if possible.
  • Send proof of transfer if requested by our team.

In some cases, you may pay upon arrival at the property, especially for flexible or “pay at hotel” rates. On-site payment options typically include:

  • Cash in local currency.
  • Card payments (subject to terminal availability and system uptime).
  • QRIS or local digital payment methods (if available).

Room prices are generally displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise. If you pay with a card or account in a different currency, your bank or provider may apply their own exchange rate and fees.

  • Any additional bank, card, or conversion fees are your responsibility.
  • Refunds (if applicable) follow the cancellation policy of your chosen rate.
  • Refund processing times depend on banks and payment providers, not VAZATEL alone.
